- 1 1/2 cup condensed milk395 g
- 2 cups of sour cream400 g
- 2 cups of chilled whipped cream400 ml
- Pickled Peaches450 g
- Cookies180 g
- White chocolate to taste
- In a pan, place the cream, condensed milk and bring to medium heat, stirring constantly until it boils and thickens. Let cool.
- Whip the whipped cream until stiff peaks form, add the cold cream and beat until combined.
- Place some of the cream on the bottom of a marinex, distribute half of the cookies, soak in the peach syrup, place the chopped peaches, the prepared cream and repeat the operation, ending with the cream.
- Decorate with white chocolate shavings and chopped peaches. Help yourself.
