- condensed milk395 g
- Whole milk1.5 cup
- Corn Starch1 tablespoon
- Strawberry Nesquik3 tablespoon
- Sour cream150 g
- cornstarch biscuit250 g
- Semisweet Chocolate50 g
- Strawberries to garnish to taste
- Chocolate sprinkles to taste
- Dilute the starch in 1 cup of milk and put it in a pan along with condensed milk and the strawberry nesquik.
- Take to the low fire to cook until it starts to thicken, mix 50g of milk cream. Turn off and let it cool.
- Make the ganache by melting the chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time and mixing in 100g of heavy cream until smooth. Reserve.
- Place 1 layer of strawberry cream on a platter and cover with the biscuits moistened with milk on top.
- Repeat the process of placing 1 layer of cream and 1 layer of biscuits until finished.
- In the last layer cover with the chocolate ganache, the sprinkles and decorate with strawberries.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
