Can of condensed milk1 can(s)
Egg yolk2 unit(s)
cornstarch1 tablespoon
Coconut Wafer1 to taste
Tody or nescal2 teaspoon
Sugar1 tablespoon
Sour cream1 can(s)

Mix all the ingredients for the cream and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened.
Reserve
Make the topping: beat the egg whites with the sugar until they form a sigh.
Mix the cream of milk and book. Now for the assembly:
In a small refractory, pour the cream and then the wet cookies in the milk
Finish with the cover and take it to the fridge for 3 hours.
Tip: you can decorate with grated or even powdered chocolate
