- Whole milk500 ml
- Vanilla essence1 tablespoon
- Sour cream400 g
- Champagne wafer300 g
- Dark chocolate200 g
- Preparation: Place the corn starch, condensed milk, yolks and milk over medium heat. After getting consistency, turn off the fire, add the vanilla essence and 200g of the cream. mix and reserve
- Assembly: 1 layer of cream, a layer of cookies (they must be moistened in milk), intercalate until the last layer of cream is close to the edge of the refractory
- ganache Melt the chocolate, add 200g of cream and mix The ganache goes over the last layer of cream.
- To decorate I used crushed peanuts, but you can use whatever you think is best. Suggestion: chocolate shavings, chestnuts, strawberries, cherries, confectionery or whatever you prefer
