- Semi-sweet chocolate bar400 g
- Hazelnut cream300 g
- In a pan add the condensed milk, milk cream, powdered milk and mix until it thickens.
- In a bowl, melt the chocolate bar with the cream and form a ganache. It can be in a bain-marie or in the microwave
- In a bowl, add the hazelnut cream and mix with the cream, leaving it soft but without losing the taste. If needed, add more hazelnut cream.
- In a serving dish of your choice, line the bottom with pieces of Chocotone and moisten with milk, add half of the powdered milk brigadeiro, the hazelnut cream, another layer of Chocotone, moisten again, another half of the brigadeiro, another layer of Chocotone , moisten and then place the ganache to close. If you want to decorate sprinkle powdered milk. Place in the fridge for 6 hrs.
