- Corn Starch3 tablespoon
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- Gems3 unit(s)
- Whole milk500 ml
- Vanilla Essence1 tablespoon
- Sour cream400 g
- Chocotone300 g
- Semisweet Chocolate200 g
- Preparation of the pastry cream: bring the cornstarch, condensed milk, egg yolks and milk to a medium heat. Always move until you get consistency. Turn off the heat and add the vanilla essence and 200g of the cream. Mix well and reserve
- Assembly: in a glass refractory place a layer of the cream and a layer of the chocotone cut into slices. Keep interspersing until the last layer of cream is close to the edge of the container.
- Ganache: melt the chocolate and add 200g of cream, mix well until smooth. Add the ganache above the last layer of cream
- For decoration I used white chocolate. But you can use whatever you like. Suggestion: peanuts, almonds, strawberries, cherries, chocolate drops
