- refined sugar180 g
- condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Fruit of your choice to taste
- Beat the egg whites and add the sugar little by little, continuing to beat until you form a meringue.
- With the help of a pastry bag, form discs with the meringue leaving a hole in the center. Do this on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in preheated oven at 160 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
- In a pan, add the condensed milk with the cream and cook over low heat until you get the consistency of a spoonful of brigadier.
- With the cold meringue and cream, fill the meringues and decorate with the fruits - I used cherry, strawberry and blueberry.
