- Corn Starch1 tablespoon
- White wine vinegar1 tablespoon
- Fresh cream400 ml
- Powdered milk3 tablespoon
- Strawberry400 g
- Purple Grape3 cup
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Turn on the oven 150 degrees. Prepare the board with a sheet of parchment paper, draw a circle in the center of the sheet
- Place the egg whites in the mixer and beat, when foam starts to form, add the sugar, beating after each addition.
- After having mixed all the sugar, add the sifted starch and stir until it mixes well. Put the meringue in the circle with the help of a spatula.
- Bake for 80min.
- When this time is up, turn off the oven and let it cool down completely.
- Cut some strawberries into four parts, add two tablespoons of sugar and a little lemon and set aside.
- Beat the whipped cream, put the powdered milk and beat a little.
- Place the base of the meringue on a plate, put the cream on top... Decorate with the fruits and finish with the chopped strawberry syrup.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
