- Corn starch4 tablespoon
- Vanilla or walnut essence1 tablespoon
- For the 4leits cream: Coconut milk100 ml
- Nest Milk1 cup
- Milk1/2 can(s)
- Frozen sour cream1/2 can(s)
- Emulsifier1/2 tablespoon
- grated coconut2 tablespoon
- Cornmeal piraque biscuit400 g
- Chopped Strawberries (boxes)2 to taste
- Peaches in syrup, chopped1 can(s)
- Sliced peaches in syrup for garnish1/2 can(s)
- Sliced strawberries for garnish5 unit(s)
- Shredded coconut for garnish50 g
- For the GEMS CREAM: Mix the sieved yolks, the young milk, 800ml whole milk, the starch dissolved in 200ml of milk, and the essence. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Let cool.
- For 4 MILK CREAM: In the mixer, place the condensed milk, coconut milk, powdered milk, cream and emulsifier and beat for 5 min until doubled in volume. Add the coconut, beat for another 1/2 min and refrigerate for 1 hour before using.
- In a refractory mold, add a layer of the cream of yolks, cover with a layer of cookies soaked in the peach syrup, overlay with a layer of 4 milks, another of chopped strawberries, another of cookies soaked in the syrup, cover with another layer of the cream of yolks and overlay chopped peaches in syrup, another layer of cream 4 milks, another layer of cookies, cover with another layer of cream of yolks mixed with a little cream 4 milks and sprinkle with grated coconut. Garnish with sliced strawberries and peaches. Place in the freezer for 1 hour. Serve cold.
