- Milk500 ml
- Corn starch1 tablespoon
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Peanut Butter1 cup
- Fresh cream to taste
- Crushed cookie of your choice, I used cookies to taste
- In a pan add the milk, cornstarch, sugar and peanut butter.
- Cook over medium heat until it forms a kind of porridge and set aside.
- For assembly, crush your cookie and line the bottom of a bowl and then add the peanut cream.
- To finish, I beat fresh cream until I got the whipped cream point and put it on top of the peanut cream.
- I also finished with paçoquinha, it is delicious
- The recipe yields four glasses but you can also make it in a serving dish.
