- Milk1 l
- Sugar1/2 l
- Roasted and shelled peanuts250 g
- In a pan add the sugar and milk and mix well until all the sugar has melted.
- Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly so it doesn't stick to the pan.
- When it has a pasty texture, put some candy in cold water. If it doesn't melt, it's done.
- Remove from heat and stir for approximately 10 minutes.
- Add the peanuts, toasted and without shell, and continue to stir.
- Grease the mold and spread the candy on a tray. Let cool.
- Now just cut and serve!!
