  • Gelatin6 g
  • Water36 ml
  • Condensed milk395 g
  • Heavy cream200 g
  • 1/2 Milk Powder70 g
  • Paçocas4 unit(s)
  1. In a container, dissolve the unflavored gelatin in warm water, mixing well. Set aside.
  2. Now in the blender, add the condensed milk, Heavy cream, powdered milk and paçoca and start blending.
  3. With the blender running, add the gelatin and beat well until everything is incorporated.
  4. Then, place the chopped strawberries in a container and add the cream from the blender on top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the mousse becomes firmer and creamier.
