- Gelatin6 g
- Water36 ml
- Condensed milk395 g
- Heavy cream200 g
- 1/2 Milk Powder70 g
- Paçocas4 unit(s)
- In a container, dissolve the unflavored gelatin in warm water, mixing well. Set aside.
- Now in the blender, add the condensed milk, Heavy cream, powdered milk and paçoca and start blending.
- With the blender running, add the gelatin and beat well until everything is incorporated.
- Then, place the chopped strawberries in a container and add the cream from the blender on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the mousse becomes firmer and creamier.
