- Condensed milk395 g
- Roasted and crushed peanuts150 g
- Whipped cream200 ml
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Sour cream200 g
- Chocolate powder3 tablespoon
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Maizena Biscuit to taste
- liquid milk2 cup
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- In a pan, place the condensed milk, liquid milk + corn starch, margarine and peanuts (reserve a little to decorate)
- Bring to a boil over medium heat until it reaches a brigadeiro point. let cool
- In a pan, place the cream, sugar and chocolate. Bring to a medium heat until it starts to boil, lower the heat and stir until it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan. Reserve
- With the cold peanut brigadeiro, beat the whipped cream and mix it with the brigadeiro
- To assemble: Make a layer of peanut cream, a layer of biscuit (soaking in milk) and repeat the process until all the ingredients are used, finally add the chocolate cream and decorate with what you separated from the peanut
- Store in the fridge overnight (or until desired)
