- Skimmed Milk1 cup
- Roasted Peanut Flour1 cup
- Rice Flour1 cup
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Baking Powder2 tablespoon
- Milk Cream1 unit(s)
- Corn Starch1 tablespoon
- Oven Xylitor2 tablespoon
- Peanut Paste3 tablespoon
- Milk1/2 cup
- In the blender beat the eggs, milk, xylitol, oil. Then add the rice flour, peanut flour and a spoonful of peanut paste. Beat until it becomes a homogeneous mass. Lastly put the baking powder mix with a spoon. Take it to the oven in a greased shape at 180 degrees.
- Put all the ingredients in a pan and bring to a low boil until creamy to cover the cake. Add chopped peanuts afterwards.
