- Wheat flour1 cup
- Brown sugar1/2 cup
- Butter or chilled margarine1/2 cup
- Lemon zest to taste
- Cinnamon to taste
- Oats to taste
- Pear, chopped and peeled1 unit(s)
- Dulce de leche1/2 cup
- Mix the flour and butter with your fingertips. You will have a chunky farofa.
- Flavor the farofa with lemon zest, cinnamon, cardamom or spices to taste.
- Optional: You can add oatmeal to make it more crunchy and add more fiber to your recipe.
- Peel the pear and fill the bottom of the ramekins (you can use a porcelain cup too). Place the dulce de leche over the pears.
- Distribute the farofa without squeezing too much.
- Heat the Airfryer 180 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve it hot.
