- orange without peel / without seeds / without white part1 unit(s)

- demerara sugar or sweetener1/2 cup
- vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- oat or almond flour - 113g1 cup
- chemical yeast1 teaspoon
- Peel the orange, remove the seeds and all the white part so it doesn't become bitter. Place in a blender along with the eggs, sugar and vanilla. Beat well for approx.. 2 minutes, then add the flour, beat for another 5 minutes... Add the yeast and mix with a spoon. Grease pie pans and flour with oatmeal or use silicone pans. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, depending on your oven. TIP: don't let it brown too much so it doesn't dry out and keep the dough moist. Let cool and unmold. It can be served with an orange jam or filled with 70% chocolate. PRESERVE: up to 3 days in the fridge in a closed container or 2 days out of the fridge.
