- Semisweet (or dark) chocolate170 g
- Whole eggs2 unit(s)
- Gems3 unit(s)
- Hot milk450 ml
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Syrup: sugar1 cup
- Syrup: water1/2 cup
- Put the sugar in a pan until it melts, then add the water until it thickens a little. Place in the molds in conventional ways.
- Pour the hot milk into the chocolate and mix well. Add the condensed milk and stir some more.
- Beat the eggs, add to the liquid and mix. Pass through a sieve before placing in the mold.
- Bake in a bain-marie, with aluminum foil at 150° (low heat) for 1h30min
- The toothpick doesn't come out clean, but the pudding stays firm, loosens the side of the mold and finishes firming in the fridge.
