- Ripe frozen banana cut into slices2 unit(s)
- Soak pitted dates in hot water4 unit(s)
- Pecan nuts to taste
- Water you soaked Tamara in to taste
- In the processor place the frozen banana cut into slices
- Add the pitted dates that you soaked in hot water for about 30 minutes (this water needs to be at room temperature)
- Add a little bit of the water you soaked the dates in (approximately 2 tablespoons)
- Beat well until creamy and homogeneous (add more water if necessary)
- Place in bowls and add chopped pecan nuts to taste
- Serve well ice cream 😋🍦
