  • Margarine750 g
  • Sugar1400 kg
  • Eggs10 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour1 kg
  • Chocolate powder 50% cocoa2 cup
  • Coke500 ml
  • Pitted Plum500 g
  • Candied fruit250 g
  • Raisins250 g
  • Muscat wine750 ml
  • Condensed milk395 g
  1. Make a jam with the plums and raisins, add 400g of sugar and two cups of water. Bring to a boil until sweet.
  2. Soak the jam and candied fruit in wine.
  3. In a bowl, beat the margarine and sugar with a mixer until it becomes a uniform white cream.
  4. Add the whites and beat well.
  5. Add the sifted wheat flour and coca-cola. Mix and add the chocolate powder and condensed milk. Mix well.
  6. Finally, add the plum jam and fruit. Beat well and place in a greased and floured shape.
