- Sugar1400 kg

- Wheat flour1 kg
- Chocolate powder 50% cocoa2 cup
- Coke500 ml
- Pitted Plum500 g
- Candied fruit250 g
- Raisins250 g
- Muscat wine750 ml
- Condensed milk395 g
- Make a jam with the plums and raisins, add 400g of sugar and two cups of water. Bring to a boil until sweet.
- Soak the jam and candied fruit in wine.
- In a bowl, beat the margarine and sugar with a mixer until it becomes a uniform white cream.
- Add the whites and beat well.
- Add the sifted wheat flour and coca-cola. Mix and add the chocolate powder and condensed milk. Mix well.
- Finally, add the plum jam and fruit. Beat well and place in a greased and floured shape.
