- Dark chocolate120 g
- unsalted butter80 g

- Wheat flour30 g
- Add the butter to the chocolate and melt every 30 seconds in the microwave until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- In another bowl, mix the eggs, yolks and sugar, beat a little with a whisk, add the wheat flour and mix a little more.
- Add the chocolate and butter mixture to the beaten egg mixture with sugar and wheat flour and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Grease petit gâteau molds with butter, fill 3/4 of the way with the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for about 7-10 minutes (it will depend on the oven)
- Unmold while still hot and serve with a scoop of ice cream. Enjoy your food!!!
