- Butter (No Salt)100 g
- Dark chocolate180 g
- Whole eggs2 unit(s)
- Egg Yolks2 unit(s)
- Refined sugar40 g
- Wheat flour40 g
- Rum, whiskey or cognac1 dessert spoon
- Cocoa powder2 tablespoon
- In a bowl, mix eggs, yolks and sugar. Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie or in the microwave every 30 seconds. (Stir at each pause). Mix the egg mixture with the melted chocolate until smooth. Then sift the wheat flour on top and mix gently. Put the rum.
- Grease aluminum molds (for patty) with butter and add cocoa powder. Remove the excess and put 2/3 of the mold with the mixture you made.
- Bake at 200 degrees (in preheated oven) for 7 minutes. The ideal point is when it is firm on the outside and with a syrup on the inside. (As in the photo). This 7 minute period will depend a lot on each oven. I've done it in ovens that were ready in 5 minutes and in others in 10 minutes. Usually I bake 1 unit and time it to know if I will leave more or less time in the next ones.
