- Butter2 tablespoon
- Dark chocolate360 g
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat
- Add sugar and beat again
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie (or in the microwave) until it becomes liquid.
- Add the butter and mix
- Add the chocolate to the egg cream without turning off the mixer
- Add the flour and stir with a spoon.
- Put the dough in greased molds with butter and flour.
- Place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 5 minutes
- unmold
- Serve with a scoop of cream ice cream (or whatever flavor you prefer:)
