- Wheat Flour40 g
- Sugar60 g
- Mix the butter with the cream and take it to the microwave until the butter melts. (Be careful not to boil)
- Mix well and add the eggs and yolks, incorporate with the fuet.
- Put the flour and sugar in the mixture and stir well, but gently.
- Grease the molds with butter and flour and pour the mixture in until it reaches 2/3 of the shape's capacity.
- Preheat the oven to 190° and bake for 6 to 7 minutes.
- As soon as it comes out of the oven, let it rest for 2 minutes so that it doesn't break when unmolding.
- Serve with ice cream or your favorite.
