60% cocoa chocolate400 g
Butter100 g
Oat flour1/2 cup
Cocoa powder3 tablespoon
Yeast1 coffee spoon

Beat the eggs until well foamed.
Melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave and wait for it to cool down a bit.
when it cools, add it to the egg mixture and beat well.
Add the oat flour, cocoa and baking powder, mix well.
grease a platter with butter and cocoa powder and throw this dough, bake in a preheated oven at 230 degrees for 15 minutes,
don't let it bake too much so it doesn't turn into a cake, it will have an amazing crust on top and inside super creamy and wonderful
