- 2 condensed milk2 can(s)
- 2 Boxes of sour cream2 to taste
- Passion Fruit Pulp1 cup
- Passion Fruit Juice Concentrate1 cup
- 2 packets of unflavored gelatin powder2 unit(s)
- Water10 tablespoon
- Bis (Milk chocolate and white chocolate)2 unit(s)
- In a bowl, add room temperature water and hydrate the unflavored gelatin powder.
- Microwave for 15 seconds or until dissolved. Reserve.
- In the blender place the condensed milk, the cream, the concentrated passion fruit juice and the passion fruit pulp. Hit it well.
- Add the dissolved gelatin and beat some more.
- In a form of 20 cm in diameter, accommodate the Bis leaning against the side of the form.
- In the center pour the cream and take it to the fridge for about 2 hours.
- Remove from the fridge and unmold onto a plate.
- Serve immediately.
