- Margarine or butter1 cup

- Refined sugar3/4 cup
- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Guava300 g
- Mix the flour with the butter at room temperature until it forms a "farofa"
- Mix the rest of the ingredients until the dough is homogeneous and without sticking to your hands (adjust flour and butter until you get the point)
- Open the dough with a rolling pin, cut pieces with the help of a glass, put guava in the middle and close it the way you prefer.
- Bake in the oven until the bottom of the biscuit is golden (approximately 20 minutes)
