- brown sugar150 g
- softened butter150 g
- grated coconut125 g
- flour100 g
- Sachet of Baking Powder1 unit(s)
- from brown rum1 tablespoon
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Whisk the yolks and sugar until the mixture is light.
- Then add the cubed softened butter. Mix.
- Pour the flour in a thin stream and the yeast and mix again.
- Finish with the coconut and the spoon of rum.
