- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Shredded Coconut3 tablespoon
- Colorless Gelatin1 unit(s)
- Pineapple Jelly1 unit(s)
- Pineapple jam or jam1 cup
- Blend in a blender: condensed milk, milk, cream, grated coconut and pre-hydrated colorless gelatin (according to package instructions).
- Unite a shape with a little oil and pour that content. Place in the fridge to firm up.
- Prepare the pineapple gelatin according to the package and pour it over the already firm cream. Return to the refrigerator until firm.
- Develop and cover with pineapple jam!
