- Preheat the oven to 200°
- Caramel syrup Put the sugar in a pan and let it melt until it turns caramel, put the water very carefully and stir well until the caramel dissolves and put it in the mold.
- PASTA Put the sugar, eggs and margarine in the mixer and beat well, then add the first cup of wheat and 100 ml of milk, beat until mixed, then the other cup of wheat flour and the 100 ml of milk mix a little more and put the yeast. In the pan, place the pineapple slices on top of the caramel and then the dough on top of the pineapple, put it in the oven at 200° for 40 minutes.
