- Coconut Milk200 ml
- Pineapple Jelly1 unit(s)
- Shredded Coconut100 g
- Chop the Acabaxi without the middle part and put it on fire with the sugar, let it cook for about 15 minutes. After that, let it cool a little and add the gelatin powder (only the powder, it is not for making the gelatine as in the package) mix well. Add the other ingredients and half of the grated coconut and mix well (off the heat, the only time this sweet goes to the fire is when the pineapple is cooking). Pour on a platter and on top put the rest of the grated coconut, cover with a plastic film and take the fridge overnight.
