- Hot water400 ml
- condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Sour cream2 unit(s)
- In a bowl, prepare 2 boxes of pineapple gelatin, only with hot water, stir until completely dissolved. Refrigerate until firm (this process will be quick as we are going to add less water for the preparation)
- After the gelatin is firm, transfer it to the blender and add the condensed milk and the cream, beat everything very well. Transfer to a container with a lid and place in the freezer.
- When it's almost frozen, transfer it to the mixer and beat at high speed until it's very creamy. freezer for about 6 hours depends a lot on each freezer.
