- Pineapple Cream: chopped pineapple (without the hard core)1 unit(s)
- Pineapple Cream: Sugar1/2 cup
- Pineapple Cream: Vanilla Pudding Box1 unit(s)
- Pineapple Cream: Condensed Milk1/2 unit(s)
- Pineapple cream: boxes of sour cream2 unit(s)
- Pineapple Cream: Whipped cream200 ml
- Chantininho: Powdered milk1/2 cup
- Chantininho: Condensed milk1/2 can(s)
- Pineapple cream: In a pan, place the pineapple and sugar. Let it boil well, until it cooks (about 10/15min), set aside until it cools down. Add the cream, condensed milk and mix well. Leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Chantininho: Put the whipped cream preparation to beat until it comes to a point. Add the powdered milk and condensed milk and mix until smooth.
- Mounting: Pineapple cream, biscuit, cream, biscuit and chantininho. Take it to the fridge.
- TIP: this cream is used to fill cake too, just add 1 box of milk cream less, to make it firmer.
