- Sugar1 cup
- condensed milk395 g
- Milk Cream400 g
- Powdered milk3 tablespoon
- whipped cream400 g
- Icing sugar2 tablespoon
- Powdered milk2 tablespoon
- condensed milk1 tablespoon
- Place a pan over medium heat to melt the sugar. When the sugar is dissolved add the chopped pineapple, but without the core. Stir well and let it cook well for approximately 15 minutes. Reserve.
- Add the condensed milk, the cream and the powdered milk, bring to a low boil and after boiling, let it cook for 2 minutes. Place in a bowl, cover with cling film and let cool in the fridge.
- In the mixer, beat the whipped cream, the confectioner's sugar, the powdered milk and the condensed milk. Beat until stiff, when we turn the whipped cream and it does not fall out of the container.
- In a refractory form, put a part of the condensed milk cream, then add the pineapple jam, reserve a little to decorate. Then add the other part of condensed milk cream. With the help of a pastry bag finish decorating with whipped cream and in the center decorate with the rest of the pineapple jam.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours. Then just serve.
