- Condensed milk395 g
- Milk1 cup
- Maizena2 tablespoon
- Sifted egg yolk2 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Pineapple pieces to taste
- Whipped cream to taste
- 1⁰ layer: In a pan add the chopped pineapple together with the cup of sugar and cook until the pineapple is soft.
- 2⁰ layer Dissolve the starch in the milk, and bring to a boil together with the condensed milk and the yolks. Mix until it forms a porridge.
- 3⁰ Layer: Optional I made a small package of whipped cream as per the instructions.
- Mounting: In a dish/refractory place the 1⁰ layer that was made with pineapple, then put the 2⁰ layer (the porridge) and finally the whipped cream and decorate with pineapple pieces.
- Place in the freezer to harden.
