- Place the pineapple and sugar in a pan and place over low heat for about 30 minutes. The pineapple will release juice for cooking, but if necessary, you can add ¼ cup (tea) of water. Then pour the candy into a refractory and set aside.
- In another pan, place the condensed milk, the butter and the yolks and over low heat, stirring constantly until the bottom of the pan appears, at the point of brigadeiro. Pour over the pineapple jam. Reserve.
- Beat the egg whites, then add the cream and beat some more. Pour over the cream. Serve cold 😉
