- Milk100 ml
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Small pineapple cut into cubes1 unit(s)
- Sugar (if the pineapple is sweet, add less)1/2 cup
- Shredded coconut for garnish to taste
- Chop the pineapple into cubes and place with the sugar in a pan over low heat to cook the pineapple will release water.
- In another pan, place the condensed milk, the milk (already dissolve the 2 tablespoons of cornstarch in it) and the cream, mix well until dissolved and turn on low heat. Stir until thickened.
- Mix the cooked pineapple in this cream, place it on a platter and decorate with grated coconut. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Look divine!
