- Recipe
- Pineapple1 unit(s)
- Milk4 cup
- Sour cream2 unit(s)
- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Sugar2 cup
- Cut the pineapple into cubes and place in a pan, add the sugar and turn on the heat. Leave on medium heat. Stir a little and leave it there. Note 1: The pineapple will release water, so it's normal. Wait for it to dry completely and when it is golden turn off the fire. Reserve. Note 2: When cutting the pineapple into cubes, remove the stalk. It sits right in the middle and is the hardest part.
- Now let's prepare the 1st cream: In another pan, add the condensed milk, two glasses of milk (use the measure of the can of condensed milk) and two yolks. Turn on the heat and leave on low heat. In this step, you need to move non-stop. Until the cream is consistent and homogeneous. Do not stop stirring, otherwise the cream may burn and cake. When ready, turn off the heat and still stir for about 2 minutes. Reserve.
- As soon as you finish the 2nd step, let's go to the preparation of the 2nd cream: In the blender, add the two boxes of cream, two cups of milk, 2 cups of sugar and the two remaining egg whites. Beat everything for 2 minutes.
- Assembly time: We will do it in layers. Add half of the pineapple cubes to the platter, then add the 1st cream, then the 2nd cream. Finally, place the rest of the pineapples on top. Leave in the fridge for 2 to 4 hours. Once it hardens, you can serve and taste this delight.
