- Sour cream400 ml
- Corn starch1 coffee spoon
- Cut the pineapple into cubes and set aside. Then take the rest of the ingredients to the fire and stir until it gets a homogeneous consistency (always low fire), turn off the fire and let it cool for 5 minutes, put the pineapple in a refractory then the cream, decorate on top or you can make a ganache and take it to the frizzer for 3 to 4 hours.
