- let's start by putting our pineapple in a pan to cook with the sugar and water to make the pineapple jam in syrup
- in another pan we are going to make the cream put the condensed milk and the starch mix put the yolk and mix again add the cream, put the milk and bring to the fire mix until it boils, let it cook for 5 minutes to cook the cream
- the jam is already ready , drain the syrup mix the gelatine in this syrup , mix this syrup with the gelatine in our cream already with the fire off and already cold , if it is boiling the cream will curdle
- on a platter you put the pineapple jam, put the cream on top
- beat the egg whites with a cup of sugar it will turn into a sigh of snow put it on top and put it in the oven for 20 minutes it will turn into a sigh
- Take it out of the oven, let it cool and put it in the fridge.
