- Pineapple flavored gelatin1 unit(s)

- In a blender, beat the cream, the condensed milk and the pineapple juice and the colorless gelatin dissolved in water and heated in the microwave, beat it well, add it to a glass dish and place it in the fridge until it reaches consistency.
- When the mousse has taken consistency and is quite firm, prepare the pineapple gelatin as instructed on the packaging dissolved with 250ml of hot water and 250ml of cold water
- Add this still liquid gelatin on top of the mousse and the chopped pineapple as shown in the image.
- Take everything to freeze until it takes firmness and consistency and serves
