- Pineapple Jelly1 unit(s)
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Water250 ml
- Cut the pineapple into small cubes, place them in the pan along with the sugar, stir and heat for approximately 15 minutes. You don't need to keep stirring, it will release some water and you can use it to dissolve the gelatine. If the pineapple does not release enough water, top it off with a little more hot water, we will need 250ml for this function. Remembering that only use hot water, cold water is not necessary.
- In the blender beat all the ingredients, except the pineapple. In a bowl place the pineapple and pour the liquid, mix well so that the pineapple is everywhere. Take it to freeze for approximately 8hrs. If you want, you can add 100grs of grated coconut too.
