- Sugar.1/2 teaspoon
- Glasses of water.2 unit(s)
- Can of sour cream.1 unit(s)
- Can of condensed milk.1 unit(s)
- Pineapple-flavored gelatin envelope.1 unit(s)
- Prepare the pineapple-flavored gelatin as shown on the envelope, set aside.
- In a pan put the chopped pineapple in cubes, the water and the sugar. Boil for 15 minutes and set aside.
- In the blender, place the condensed milk, the cream, the pineapple flavored gelatin and beat well, until it is very uniform.
- Incorporate the cream into the cooked pineapple, mixing well.
- In a glass refractory, put the ready cream and take it to the fridge for 4 to 5 hours. Remove when serving.
