- Condensed milk01 unit(s)
- Sour cream01 unit(s)
- Coconut milk (optional)01 unit(s)
- Bring the sugar and the pineapple cut into cubes without the stem to high heat, when it comes to a boil, lower it to medium heat and let it cook for about 20/25 minutes.
- Drain the syrup and let it cool.
- Make a white Brigadeiro with condensed milk and cream.
- Pour into a refractory or into glasses along with the pineapple.
- Place in the fridge to chill for 1 hour or until firm and serve.
