- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Sour Cream2 unit(s)
- Pineapple Flavor Gelatin2 unit(s)
- Water500 ml
- Chop the pineapple into cubes and place it in a pan with the water and sugar and bring to a boil. When it boils, add the two packets of gelatin until it dissolves well. Turn off the heat and set aside. Separate the syrup from the pineapple cubes. (Reserve the syrup and let it cool)
- In the blender, beat the condensed milk, the cream and the cold syrup that was reserved (important, do not put the hot syrup because it can cut the cream) until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
- In a refractory add the pineapple, and the mixture on top. Place in the fridge until hardened to serve. (About 3 to 4 hours)
