- Water5 cup
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Pineapple Gelatin2 unit(s)
- In a pan, place the chopped pineapple, water, sugar and bring to a boil. 2. When it is boiling, add the gelatins and stir until well dissolved. Turn off the heat and separate the pineapple from the syrup. 3. On a platter, place the chopped pineapple and set aside. 4. In the blender, place the cream, condensed milk and the dissolved gelatin, which is the syrup. Whisk until well blended
- When it is well mixed, pour the mixture on top of the pineapple. Place in the fridge until hardened, about 4 hours.
