- Water0.5 cup
- Peel the pineapple. Reuse the peels and make a tea by adding ginger zest and lemon juice.
- Chop the pineapple, removing the central core. Whisk the sugar and water in a food processor. Transfer to a pan and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
- Cut the pepper into strips, removing the seeds, if you want less spicy. Add to the jam and let it cook for another 5 minutes. See the jelly point. Is ready!!
