- Wash, peel and chop the pineapple. Place in a pan together with the sugar (no need to add water). Boil for 10 minutes. Place in a sieve to separate the syrup that has formed. Reserve. Blend in blender: 1 cup of pineapple syrup, condensed milk, cream and gelatin hydrated with 6 tablespoons of water and dissolved in the microwave for approximately 10 seconds or in a bowl on the fire. Mix with the reserved pineapple and place in a single or individual container. If you prefer, you can place the pineapple in the bottom of the container and cover with the mousse. Take to freeze for 4 h.
