- For the powdered chocolate ganache4 tablespoon
- For the mousse: 395 g condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream 200 g3 can(s)
- Used pineapple juice (tang)2 unit(s)
- grated coconut2 tablespoon
- Mousse: In a blender, place the condensed milk, beat the cream and add the juice little by little, then place the coconut and beat for another 2 minutes, put it on a platter and take it to the fridge for 2 hours or until firm.
- Ganache: In a pan, place the chocolate powder and the cream, mix well and take it to medium heat, after boiling, stir for another 2 minutes on medium heat, after which let it cool.
- When the mousse is already firm, take it out of the fridge, and throw the already cold ganache on top, Tip: (throw a little grated coconut on top or chocolate shavings, it's up to you). if served.
